Bulk Notifications

Bulk notifications allow you to quickly and efficiently inform your clients about special promotions, offers, or changes.

1. Selecting Clients for Notification

  • In the client overview, select the clients you want to send a message to.
    - Use the search feature to find specific clients.
    - Or select the entire client base.

Tip: If you want to send a message to the entire database, select the option to display up to 1500 clients in the bottom-right corner.

 

2. Creating the Message

  • After selecting the clients, click the button to send the message, which will open a popup for entering the content.
  • Type the desired text for the message.
  • You can add dynamic fields, such as: Client’s first and last name (for a personal touch) and a rescheduling link, which allows the client to quickly book a new appointment.

 

3. Message Length Limitations

  • The message has a limit of 160 characters.
  • If you exceed the limit, the message will automatically be split into multiple SMS, which will be charged as multiple sent messages.

 

4. Sending the Message

Once the message content is ready, click the "Send" button to notify the selected clients.

This functionality is available in the Advanced and Pro packages. If you do not see this feature in the client overview, please contact us to enable it for you.
