Employee Overview

The employee overview allows for a detailed analysis of the efficiency and productivity of your staff during a selected time period. This insight helps you track revenue, workload, attendance, and the performance of individual employees.

1. Revenue Overview by Employee

  • Track the revenue generated by each employee during a specific period.
    The display also includes the average revenue per appointment, which allows you to assess the value of the services performed.

 

2. Number of Clients and Appointments

  • Review the number of clients handled by each employee.
    Review the number of appointments each employee completed during the selected period.

This insight helps analyze the workload and efficiency of each employee.

 

3. Working Hours and Attendance

  • The overview includes total time:
    - Employee working hours.
    - Actual time spent performing services, showing how much time was spent directly working with clients.
  • You can also track additional data: breaks, vacations, sick leaves, and other types of absences.

 

4. Appointment Details

  • For each employee, you can check:
    - Number of rescheduled appointments: Appointments that were changed via the calendar or online system.
    - Number of cancellations: Appointments that were canceled via the calendar or online system.
