Client Overview

The client overview provides a comprehensive view of all the clients stored in your database. This functionality allows you to easily manage client data, communicate with clients, and analyze their behavior.

1. List of All Clients in the Database

  • The overview includes all clients that have been manually added to the database, registered through the online form, or scheduled through the calendar.
  • Clients are organized in a clear layout, allowing for easy search and filtering based on different criteria.

 

2. Tracking the Last Visit

  • For each client, you can see the date of their last visit, which helps you with:
    - Tracking client activity.
    - Planning follow-up contacts or promotional actions for clients who have not visited your services in a while.

 

3. Sending Bulk Messages

  • This functionality enables quick and efficient communication with multiple clients at once:
    - Sending promotional offers, notifications, or personalized messages.

4. Client Card

  • You can write important notes or comments for each client. (e.g., special requests, preferences, or reminders for future visits).
